These are the terms and conditions for services and training videos/courses offered by Telios Press and/or its owners and affiliates.
- Full payment or stated deposit is required upfront from Client.
- Payments made to Telios Press and/or its owners and affiliates are non-refundable.
- Telios Press trainings are offered online and all communication is on email.
- Booking confirmation may take up to 72 hours.
- If Client doesn’t give feedback or communicate within 72 hours of receiving the Telios Press training or service form, the booking may be terminated.
- Personal data provided by Client to Telios Press before, during or after the delivery of our products and services will be used in product/service delivery and improvement. Consent of data storage and use can be withdrawn by Client at any time by sending an email to hello@teliospress.com with the subject line: Data Use. Updates to data provided can be made using the same procedure. More information on data use by Telios Press can be found in our Privacy Policy.
- Unless otherwise stated, Telios Press and/or its owners and affiliates own the intellectual property rights for all material shared by Telios Press on its online platforms and during Telios Press training courses. All intellectual property rights are reserved. Any training material shared with Client is for their own personal use and Client must not:
- Republish material from Telios Press
- Sell, rent or sub-license material from Telios Press
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Telios Press
- Redistribute content from Telios Press
- While Telios Press makes every effort to provide Client with comprehensive information, Client is ultimately responsible for conducting their due diligence while carrying out their self-publishing processes. Telios Press, its owners and affiliates will not be held liable for any losses or damages incurred by Client.
